REDEVELOPMENT...THE COOKIE JAR IS OPEN

Full Disclosure Now does not intend for redevelopment to operate in the dark with a Council whose majority is now committed to developer interests. The following document is an invitation to redevelopment's coming out party. We will have names of VIP participants next week to engage them in discussions.

Patrick McGrath's testimony

The Modesto Bee report was "Sabatino gets continuation" The prosecution guarenteed a delay by making available more discovery the morning of the April 7th hearing. The continuation gave the Bee another opportunity to list the false allegations against former Mayor, Carmen Sabatino.

What did the Modesto Bee know and when did they know it? What do they know now?

From Mark Vasche's column on Sunday April 11, 2004.

"Our goal -- in Turlock, and in Modesto, Merced, Manteca and all the other communities we serve -- is to give people news and information they can use to make wise decisions, both large and small, in their lives as residents, consumers and voters".

The following letter was submitted to the Modesto Bee on Sept 10, 2001.

Dear Boardmembers:

Full Disclosure Now Comment

The following (in Italic) is an excerpt from the April 4th column by Jeff Jardine, "Is cash worth trash mountain?"

The column seems to be relatively straight forward by Jardine's standards until you arrive at the last sentence in paragraph six.

"Supervisors killed the plan in January 2001."
